Images shot by Sebastian Taheri grace the glossy pages of the men’s fashion book, highlighting the must have looks of the season. The Baroni Couture Photo Shot
Silver Images Studios and their team are spending the summer days shooting amazing clothing collections for the Fall/ Winter Season. Most recently, we had Baroni Couture and their divine line of classically elegant men’s suits. Photographer Sebastian Taheri shot the Fall 2009 Collection and his team at Silver Image is producing their newest look book. Baroni and Silver Image Studios chose urban architecture with strong, clean structural lines as their backdrop highlighted by the perfect lighting and finished with stunning graphic design. The contrast in textures accentuates the garments, and taps in perfectly to this season’s trend. The Baroni Catalog has turned out exquisitely, here are some images from the shoot.

A Summer Photo Session with Dollar Fashion
In July, Sebastian and the Silver Image Team worked with Dollar Fashion to shoot their Fall Collection of evening gowns and beautiful women’s dresses. The studio was bursting with Dollar’s gorgeous gowns, a hair and make-up team, and lots of shoes and jewels. The result was over one hundred phenomenal images and a very happy client! EJ Samuel in Studio for their Fall Collection
Sebastian Taheri recently shot the greatly anticipated E.J. Samuel Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. This photo shot used several props to accent the colorful and intricately designed suits, and required specially placed lighting to capture the full detail of the fabric. Over 100 items were shot for the coming seasons look book, and unique graphic backdrops were designed for each page. This catalog was produced with art direction that reflects an urban feel and compliments the deep colored fabrics used this season.

As we take greater steps to reduce our carbon footprint, we have taken on the challenge to be green not only in production but even in daily activities around the office. We have diminished our use of styrofoam and excessive individual bottled beverages, and now we are extending our mission on to our clients. Pima Apparel was one of our first clients to have a catalog printed on recycled paper, and they were thrilled with the result as it supported their own companies green ideals.

As our company grows, so does our need to be eco-friendly in as many ways as possible. Day-to-Day…What’s your personal style?
We often get questions about how to build personal style since Silver Image Studios and our team does wardrobe styling for photo shoots. And the truth is we always have a different answer. Personal style is like a fingerprint, unique to everyone made up of complex patterns always leading to different lines.
The ultimate goal of our shoots is to make people look confident in what they wear, because more often than not confidence and the portrayal of strength is more important than color, or print or even price. There are several things which are better shown in the form of photography than of words and we let those things reflect in every photo shoot we take. Our consistent message is OWN IT!
Those being said, choose style that speaks to your personality. Choose pieces in colors that catch your eye, and that compliment your skin tone, put a little bit of thought into it. Every time you wear it you’ll know you look good, and that feeling will be outwardly evident. A $5000 suit might look good, but if you feel like it owns you, then you’re just the hanger carrying it around. You never want to look uncomfortable in what you’re wearing.
Whether you are a colorful print ties or simple white tee kinda guy, know how to make a part of your character come through. It’s just a matter of imagining yourself in the front cover of a famous fashion catalog, well, if that means wearing a signature belt, switching up different watches or finding cologne that gets pheromones flowing, do it! As with all things, if first you don’t succeed, try again. Most guys don’t put enough time into developing their personal style, but yes, it does matter, and no, it’s not as much of task as it sounds. So keep your eyes open and your mind too, you never know when and where you’ll find some style.

Slightly bigger. Though the Canon 40D got bigger than its predecessors, the Olympus E-3 is bigger still. Nevertheless, it’s a great fit in most hands, with an excellent grip and good control placement.
